Marian graduated from Clinch County High School in 1986. She attended Georgia College in Milledgeville and then Valdosta State College, where she received her certification in legal assistant studies. She has worked as a legal assistant for The Helms Law Firm since 1992. Marian is a member of The Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal Division. She attends continuing legal education classes on a regular basis to keep up to date with legal matters.

Marian is married to John Davis and they have three children: Christopher, age 16, Hannah, age 11, and Sarah, age 11. They are members of Trinity Baptist Church in Homerville.

Marian works with Mr. Helms on all cases. She is available to speak to and work with you any time you need assistance.

Sybil graduated from Clinch County High School in 1957. She later graduated from Perry Business School in 1959 where she received her Secretarial/Accounting Degree. Sybil has also completed several legal study courses at Valdosta State College and has completed numerous continuing legal education courses and seminars. She has been employed by The Helms Law Firm since 1967. She is a former member of The Waycross-Ware County Legal Secretaries, The Georgia Association of Legal Secretaries, and The National Association of Legal Secretaries. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Paralegal Section.

Sybil has two daughters, Karla (Wade) Daniel, Kristi (Jim) Dickerson, and four grandchildren, Ryan and Chase Daniel and Trey and KristiAnna Dickerson.

She is an active member of the Homerville Congregational Methodist Church.

Sybil assists Mr. Helms on all cases. She is available to speak to and work with you any time you need assistance.
